When I got married I was young, naive, and not a photographer. Since I've been photographing weddings for over a year now I have become a little jealous.
It rained the day I had my own bridal session back in 2003, and it rained on my wedding day too. So I have zero detail shots of my dress and none of my bridals were taken outside.
So, since my goal has been to fit into my wedding dress after each baby I've had {I've done it 4 times now}, I knew the dress wasn't going to hold me back from a "Redo" of my bridals.
Let me tell you, my bestie is the best to take these shots of me on a super hot day, and we had SO MUCH FUN! No stress was involved. We could do any pose we wanted really {Sitting on the ground? No problem} and it was fun having strangers tell me congratulations and that I was a beautiful bride...all I could think was, If they only knew I have been married for 10 years and I have 4 kids at home :)
